Flexify is a mobile fitness app that turns home workouts into a friendly competition. Users can challenge friends, track their streaks, and climb the leaderboard while building consistent training habits. The goal was simple: make working out feel less like a chore and more like a game.

Every screen was intentionally crafted to reinforce a motivating, challenge-driven experience. The Home screen places the leaderboard front and center, allowing users to instantly see how they rank among friends and stay inspired. A visual streak tracker highlights weekly consistency, turning daily workouts into a rewarding habit. Missing a session means breaking the streak—an intentional friction point designed to encourage accountability and long-term engagement.
The Challenges tab provides a dedicated space for users to create, accept, and monitor fitness challenges with friends, transforming training into a shared, competitive journey. Detailed analytics offer clear insights into performance, including calories burned, steps taken, heart rate trends, and muscle groups trained. Together, these features combine social motivation with measurable progress, creating an engaging and results-focused training experience.
The color palette centers around calming purples to create a friendly and motivating atmosphere. Buttons feature a smooth gradient from #6B5B95 to #5B43BD, adding depth and visual interest to primary actions. Soft lavender (#A093D7) works for secondary details and illustrations, while light purple (#F1EFFA) is used as a background for specific UI elements like cards and sections, adding warmth and contrast without overpowering the interface.
For typography, I used Inter across the entire app. It's clean, simple, and highly readable—perfect for fitness data and workout instructions. Bold weights highlight leaderboard rankings, XP scores, and section titles, creating clear visual hierarchy without unnecessary decoration.

Flexify solves the motivation problem through game mechanics:
XP & Leaderboards: Every minute of exercise earns XP. Friends see where they stand.
Streaks: Users are pushed to work out daily to protect their streak—a visual representation of commitment.
Direct Challenges: Users can challenge friends to head-to-head competitions, adding stakes and accountability
