This project focused on the UI and UX redesign of an existing web agency website. The goal was to refresh an outdated interface while preserving the brand’s identity and core structure. The redesign aimed to bring a more modern, confident, and dynamic feel to the website, improving usability and visual impact without losing brand recognition.
The main challenge was balancing innovation with continuity. Key brand elements— the blue color, ttone of voice, logo and site structure—needed to remain recognizable, while the overall look had to feel contemporary and competitive. Below a before and after.
I conducted a research phase analyzing competitors and modern agency websites.
I identified patterns and interactions I liked, as well as elements to avoid—such as cluttered layouts, excessive animations, or generic visuals.
This helped define a clear design direction.
I started with wireframes in Figma to refine layout, hierarchy, and user flow.
Once validated, I moved to high-fidelity designs using color, typography, and imagery.
The final designs were turned into an interactive Figma prototype.
Dark blue (#07204D) was retained as the primary color to preserve brand continuity, updated with modern tones and neutral accents. Typography was selected for clarity and a contemporary look, using Urbanist Regular for body text and Urbanist SemiBold and Bold for titles.
Responsive Design
A mobile version was designed alongside the desktop experience. Layouts and interactions were optimized for smaller screens while maintaining visual consistency.
The redesign delivers a modern, cohesive experience that respects the existing brand while significantly improving usability and visual clarity. Working within established constraints highlighted the value of research-driven decisions and thoughtful iteration, showing how meaningful UX and UI improvements can be achieved through evolution rather than complete reinvention.
